Katherine Mowbray is returning to Waiheke with a new 1 Day course on Saturday 11 February. The course will demonstrate how to make Halloumi, Ricotta and Feta, all from one bucket of milk, with a bit of marscapone on the side. Even if you’re not lucky enough to have your own cow or goat you can learn to make these three delicious cheeses using shop bought milk. And there’s a special discount for groups of three or more friends.
