Just as you were thinking about staying put in front of the TV, we have a great new cooking course to coax you off the couch!
Chef Tony Moss is an exciting young chef who has recently been tempting diners at Stoney Ridge Vineyard Cafe. This term he’ll be leading a 4 week course introducing some fresh flavours and ideas to use in your home kitchen. The course will cover a variety of meat, fish & vegetarian recipes, as well as something sweet, using fresh seasonal produce.
The course will be focusing on using your stock pantry/fridge to create an easy and delicious meal. Tony will look at what products are great to have on hand in those moments when you have not planned a meal, and demonstrating and aiding the class in how to prepare some base products that you can mix and match into some great new recipes.
Students will be involved hands-on in preparing the recipes and each class concludes with sharing the food created. All recipes and shopping lists are included.
Tony will also taking requests during the course, and will use the final class to teach what the students want to learn.
