Home cheesemaking tutor Katherine Mowbray will demonstrate how to make your own Halloumi, Feta, Ricotta all from one bucket of milk, and Mascarpone on the side. A fun-packed session with lots of information. Includes a tasting experience of boutique New Zealand cheeses. We also have a special offer so that you can bring your friends to learn the skills together and bring community back into your kitchens!
