Herbal medicine and complementary therapies have been used for centuries to promote health and wellbeing. Medical herbalist and naturopath Helen Elscot will teach how to use plants to make medicinal tonics, herbal syrups, quick and easy herbal creams and inexpensive beauty products. The course includes an introduction to herbal medicine, how to identify medicinal plants and starting your own medicinal herb garden, and a practical workshop to make your own products.
